About The Role

As our New Business Coordinator at Costcutter you will support our Business Development Director and New Business Team by focusing on the creation, management and reporting of the new business performance. This is a new, exciting and pivotal role within the new business team that requires you to bring people together to support the common goal of accelerating Costcutter's growth of store numbers and sales generated from newly launched accounts.
You will be responsible for the reporting of business performance and manage internal communication to ensure efficiency and transparency across the business. You will ensure all necessary functions are embracing and working in line with On-boarding process and be the face of and manage retailer inductions in Head Office. You will ensure that all inbound retailer leads are handled with our SLA and the liaise and support co-ordination of Retailer “Open Days”. 
Cross functional working is a large element of this role as you will be the central touch point between our New Business Acquisition Managers and Head office. You will also work marketing around creation and management of 12 month rolling activity plan and performance of time limited promotions. 

About You

To be successful, you'll need to be a strong communicator that will liaise with all departments across the business, external retailers and trade organisation and demonstrate a strong understanding of Symbol Group industry particularly around competitor activity. As reporting on business performance is a large part of the role, you will need to have strong Excel and MS Office experience.  

You’ll be a self starter who is both resilient and drive whilst being able to prioritise and strike a balance between proactive & reactive.  and demonstrate exceptional time management skills. You’ll need to be a confident individual who can create and communicate a clear plan that colleagues can contribute to and follow.
