The role of the Franchise Finance Manager is to support both the business and Franchisees on performance, providing decision support and commercial insight, developing and implementing in-house and customer reporting, working with IT to deliver the systems to support this process.

You will carry out site-specific P&L, cash flow and ROI modelling to support decision making in relation to potential new sites and interpret performance and provide variance analysis on all relevant income and costs for existing franchise portfolio. You will make recommendations to the Franchise Director and relevant mangers in relation to the progression of prospective sites and support with initial franchisee meetings.

You will play a large role in the development and management of our Franchise MI Reporting and partner with IT to develop and implement a new BI process and assist in the development of the new reporting suites, building excel models, KPI packs.

About You

The role suits a commercially-minded finance professional, who is excited by the opportunity of joining a dynamic team at a pivotal time in its inception.  For an agile and self-motivated individual, this role offers exceptional opportunities to develop within a supportive and stimulating environment.

A strong commercial background (ideally Retail or FMCG sectors) and relevant qualifications (fully qualified accountant or MBA with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE) is required. You will need to have resilience, enthusiastic and be highly proactive in setting own agenda and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
