Well, this exciting role of Promotional Marketing Executive may just be for you!
Our Promotional & Local Marketing Team are hiring an additional position as we work through our integration into Bestway Retail, following our acquisition in early 2021. 

You will be working on a range of household name retail brands spanning the length and breadth of the country – assisting in the development and implementation of our marketing and promotional campaigns that you will see come to life in our stores.

Your role will be focused on the delivery of our shopper and retailer marketing assets, including point of sale (POS), consumer leaflets, retailer communications, brochures and local marketing. We call all this our 'Promotional Marketing Business as Usual Work', or BAU.

You will be working within our Promotional & Local Marketing Team, alongside other Marketing Executives to ensure the collaborative, accurate and structured delivery of all collateral to support our shoppers and retailers. 

About You

The successful candidate will be a naturally organised and efficient professional with a clearly evident self-starting attitude. This role requires a lot of plate spinning so you will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working at a fast pace to tight deadlines and, being a gifted communicator, you will manage expectations and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple departments and all business levels.

 Using either your marketing qualifications or experience, you will be a natural marketeer, demonstrating high levels of passion and enthusiasm for your work and the food retail sector. You will be more than comfortable coordinating your own workload, projects and tasks using your organisational skills to ensure you deliver accurate work, on time, consistently. 

 There will be a requirement for you to showcase your marketing skills through crafting engaging copy that features across the breadth of our promotional marketing materials - your creative writing will be seen in stores around the country so you will be hot on spelling and grammar and have an exceptional command of written and spoken English.

 Most importantly of all is that you will have best-in-class attention to detail - possessing the ability to quickly and accurately create and proofread promotional marketing briefs and assets ensuring they are accurate and of the quality we would expect from our brand.
