About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an engaging and influential Media & Activation Manager!

The Media & Digital Activation Manager is primarily responsible for the creation and delivery of or Convenience media and activation strategy.

This role is part of the Marketing team and involves considerable amounts of stakeholder engagement, working with various internal teams and agencies to deliver the media and activation strategy. You will create and refresh media strategy ensuring it meets key business objectives, such as driving sales and generating income and create an annual package of supplier opportunities. 
 
This role will be responsible for the promotional calendar of supplier-funded media and will provide accessible market, consumer and retailer insights re media to senior management, to inform and guide strategic and tactical decision making.


 
 

About You

Experience of working in a fast-paced, delivery focussed environment is essential alongside high levels of energy and passion for the role, business and retail food sector.

You will need excellent Presentation skills, proven success of campaign delivery in a complex multi-brand/multi-facia environment and experience of handling multi-million-pound budgets including strict budget and purchase management.


Exceptional interpersonal skills are required as you will need to be approachable, friendly and empathetic, and able to relate to people on different levels with the business (from Directors down), our retailers and customers. You will demonstrate business acumen and be an excellent and natural presenter!

This role will suit a creative thinker and problem solver with commercial acumen and a clear vision for delivering excellent communications and one who can be organised and influence at all levels. You will have a
 self-starting attitude, spotting opportunities for improvement and taking a natural lead and have the ability to build highly trusting relationships with Colleagues, Retailers and Stakeholders.
