About The Role

This is a 6 month fixed term contract and offers remote or part time working opportunities to start ASAP.
 
An exciting time to be part of a growing business within our HR team to join as our Interim HR Advisor. We are looking for an individual who has worked in an employee relations/HR advisor role with previous experience of managing end to end cases relating to absence, disciplinarians and grievance.
 

You will review and build upon and implement existing ER frameworks, policies and templates and any create any collateral material to bridge  any identified and required gaps within our HR processes . This role will be responsible for building tool-kits for our people managers on performance management, absence and other other relevant areas. Using your previous ER/HR advisory experience, you will manage any ER cases, support to set up our HR framework (and ensure it is fit for purpose) and support line managers with full case management.

You will develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our HR Business Partners, have a strong understanding and respect for confidentiality and ensure all employee relations and general HR issues are dealt with efficient and effectively in line with our policies and the law.


About You

To be successful in this role you will have experience as a HR advisor with ER framework, absence and performance management experience. CIPD qualified (or currently working towards) is highly desirable and you will need to be highly competent on MS office including Excel and Powerpoint. This role is also suitable for a HR graduate with recent HR/ER advisor experience. 

Experience of working with and managing conflicting priorities and busy workloads is required alongside exceptional interpersonal skills and proven stakeholder management across all levels. Finally, you will be able to build credibility quickly and use you fresh and innovative thinking to hit the ground running!
