About The Role

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Business Support Team Leader! This role will manage the day to day running of the business support function and its operation, with a focus on creating a culture within the team where everyone has the same drive to help develop the business, along with the team’s personal goals.
 

You will be working closely with the Customer Support Team Leader, supporting delivery of service excellence to our members by leading and developing the department to deliver both departmental KPI’s and business objectives, whilst maintaining the highest level of Customer Service to the organisation and its membership.

 
You will manage all new business accounts, ensuring the team process new accounts as efficiently as possible, whilst communicating effectively to allocated regions, along with continually seeking improvements in the end to end process and drive first call resolution by ensuring that all colleagues have access to the right information and knowledge to deal with incoming queries in a timely, accurate fashion. 
 

You will work to deliver outstanding business support to the New Business and Acquisitions managers, Business Development team, Central operations, Supply Chain, external partners and wider business functions.

 

About You

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to liaise and converse with other departments and external agencies and able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with others.You will demonstrate a natural coaching style, and the ability to influence and drive performance outside of line management. 
 
You will have a flexible and adaptable approach and be able to manage a diverse and challenging workload and prioritise tasks. Finally, you will need strong IT skills in all the MS Package including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
